We are expanding an award-winning lakefront accessory building into a full-time home for the owners who loved its charm and large yard. A glassed-in link connects the original “jewel box” structure to a new 2½-story addition featuring a large kitchen, bedrooms with lake views, and an office—carefully balancing modern needs with the home’s original character.
