We are currently in the preliminary design phase of a 4,440-square-foot speculative home set within the Michigan countryside. The intent is to develop a clean, modern architectural expression with broad market appeal, balancing clarity of form with warmth and livability.

Using AI-driven visualization tools, we are able to rapidly explore multiple exterior design options, all generated from a simple 3D model that we created. This approach allows our Client to evaluate different architectural directions early in the process and make more informed design decisions.
