Our clients wanted a modern brick home with high ceilings, a central staircase, and enough space to host family dinners for up to 20 people—including a comfortable suite for an aging parent. The clean brick exterior is highlighted by bold metal accents and a curved standing seam metal roof. A bright blue touch adds a personal nod to the homeowner’s Puerto Rican roots. Inside, open spaces and varied ceiling heights naturally define the flow and different areas without relying on walls.
