Carr Warner Architects teamed up with the Biaggi’s design team to create Ancho & Agave, a vibrant Mexican eatery inspired by colorful barrio culture. Located on Bloomington’s busy corridor, the 8,000 sq ft space features bold murals, lively tile, and nostalgic touches. Multiple zones offer unique vibes, while an outdoor patio with operable garage doors blends indoor and outdoor dining for an intimate fiesta feel.
